We typically ship packages the next business day after the order is placed, unless the order contains items that are on backorder. Items with expected shipping times are clearly marked in the store.
Payment
The payment for your order will be processed and taken from your bank account at the time of order confirmation, once you complete the checkout process. If there are any issues with payment, you will be notified.
A wishlist is a feature that allows customers to save items they are interested in purchasing at a later time. It acts as a personal list where you can add products you like, making it easier to find them again in the future. You can usually view, update, or share your wishlist, and the online store send notifications if the items on your wishlist go on sale or are back in stock.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

You can request to change or cancel your order, but this must be done as soon as possible, ideally before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order is in the shipping process, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
