South Sea Tales is a coll ection of short stories by the American classic writer Ja ck London (1876–1916). Most of the works take place on the s outhern islands of the Pacific Ocean. The writer depicts the genuinely romantic adventures at sea; he describes the singular lifestyle of both natives and new settlers, and their complicated relationships.
